Reel Handling - Core Clamping

This system is suitable to pick-up reels which are vertically or horizontally positioned on a palette. A mechanically operated clamping and turning mechanism allows the handling of reels up to 150 kg. In that case, reel-weights up to 250 kg can be handled.

Of course, we also supply ordinary transportation units with only firm mandrill.

Such an execution is often being used for a direct reel transfer onto cantilever mounted spindles of the production machines
